Ngozi Agbapu is a versatile accountant with diverse experiences cutting across different industries. Ngozi has proved to be an excellent manager of resources with deep knowledge of business dynamics, operations, management and the interplays with proven ethical leadership, team play and managerial skills. Ngozi is a principal consultant of Chantel May Consult and has held key positions in highly regarded organizations such as Canada Revenue Board, Ontario Canada, United Bank of Africa, Zenith Bank, Nigeria Export Processing Zone Authority (Nepza), Cadbury Plc Nigeria among others. She is also a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Alumni of IESE Business School, Spain and Lagos Business School.
Managing Director/CEO
Premier Chukwuneke is the Managing Director/CEO of CKK Capital Limited. He has held
executive positions in various companies and has diverse experience in sales, operations,
business development, strategy and planning across various sectors including oil & gas,
non-banking financial institution, not for profit, engineering and construction.
Premier holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. He is a Member, Nigerian
Society of Engineers MNSE; a Registered Engineer, Council for Regulation of Engineering
in Nigeria, COREN; and an Accredited Cost Engineer, Institute of Appraisers & Cost
Engineers, IACE (A Division of Nigerian Society of Engineers, Member International Cost
Engineering Council). He is an Associate Member Nigerian Institute of Management NIM
(chartered).
Premier is an Alumni of SDA Bocconi School of Management Milan Italy - Full Time MBA.
Also, he has attended many local and international professional development programs
including in University of Wisconsin–Madison, Madison Wisconsin, USA.
Non-Executive Director
Arinze Ibe is a Non-Executive Director of CKK Capital Limited. He has over 20 years
experience in sales management, business development & strategy in multinationals; and
operations in Telecoms and in Food and Beverage sectors.
Arinze holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from
University of Uyo and a Master of Business Administration MBA from Rivers State
university of Science and Technology.
Non-Executive Director
Gbenga Ogunnusi is a seasoned global health and developmental expert with
international and cross functional experiences in social investments, corporate
affairs/public relations and planning. His expertise spans well over a decade specializing
in Community Investment and Sustainability in the Energy sector. He is currently a
Manager with a leading Oil and Gas major where he is in charge of formulation, planning,
and coordination of CSR programs for the company.
He is an astute and resourceful team player with a passion for creating and nurturing
multi-sectoral partnerships between government, businesses, and other stakeholders to
foster sustainable development.
Gbenga holds a Medical Degree (MBBch) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife
and a Masters in International Healthcare Management, Economics and Policy (MIHMEP)
from SDA Bocconi School of Management Milan, Italy. He has certifications in Project
Management and is a member of several professional bodies.
Non-Executive Director
Nonso Okafor is a senior solutions specialist at Deloitte Consulting LLP and has over 8
years of architecture and data engineering experience in AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
Nonso’s expertise is in migrating on-prem databases to the cloud, designing serverless
architectures, data warehousing, building ETL pipelines for migrating data in both batch
and real-time, as well as building machine learning pipelines.
His wealth of experience spans multiple enterprise domains as he has worked across
functions, leveraging diverse tech stacks to enhance business value. He is also a certified
data scientist.
Outside of work, he’s always self-educating on books, business strategy and new
technologies to stay competitive. He enjoys building connections with folks from diverse
backgrounds to gain new perspectives.
